Long Term and Short Term Care
Our facilities are geared up for both long and short term care, so you will find us very flexible to meet your individual needs. We want you to be delighted with the service you have been given and have complete confidence to return to us in the future. A visit to our facilities would demonstrate to anyone that the pets in our facilities are happy, healthy and having a ball !
Facilities
Boarding Kennels 
Our kennels are setup with best intentions for your pets. We prepare your pet's normal diet. We can also follow any special diet that your pet may require. If your pet requires medication, you can rest assured knowing that we will take care of that for you. We operate a friendly, caring and personalised service and we look forward to welcoming your pet into our care.
The facilities we offer are extensive and of a very high quality. Small dogs are safe and are happy playing in their own grassed yard and we have a 2 acre exercise area for medium to large dogs. We have THREE different sizes of kennel to suit the needs of your pet and we are careful to keep animals apart that could be an aggravation to each other. We are very experienced with a wide range of animals and we accommodate ALL breeds large and small.
Cattery Purr-fection!
If cats could book their holidays this is where they would come! We have 30 of the biggest and best enclosures that are furnished with your cat's comfort in mind. In fact, our exceptional facilities were designed by you, owners of fussy cats. It was pleasing to have so many ideas put forward by the fussiest of cat owners!
Our Cattery condos are luxurious, comfortable and fun. We provide a safe environment for all our feline guests to enjoy. We are continually improving our facilities with the next step being the outdoor extensions to the cat runs to give them more choice of where they want to be and what they want to do!
Our cattery also has chirpy birds and a fish tank to keep your cat's entertained!

Boarding Tips!
- When you check in your pet at the boarding kennel, bring in your most recent vaccination certificates.
- Please supply us with as much information as possible about your pet, along with past health problems and any medications that your pet might be on.
- When checking in at the boarding kennel, try not to make your pet feel like he's being left behind. Try not to have tears or any guilty feelings as your pet will sense your feelings and will think that something's wrong. The best thing to do is give them a pat and say goodbye. You'd be amazed to see how they react once mum and dad have left! By making a fuss and getting yourself upset- your pets will feel that something is wrong and may take longer to settle in.
SevenOaks has built up an excellent reputation for quality and service given to our many customers and their pets. The majority of new customers are referred by other satisfied customers. We constantly monitor our clients requirements and have been able to offer a full range of services for dogs and cats.

** PLEASE NOTE : Due to ONE moron who despite 6 explanations by various staff in relation to discounted rates for multiple pets & who still could not understand our fee structure even after boarding here several times, here is a further explanatory note for the receiving of a discount for multiple pets.
This discount applies to 2 pets of the SAME species who are being housed together in the SAME enclosure

If your offended easily, please don't read this part ! :)
For the lady who wanted to waste my time, test my patience and squabble over her own misinterpretation of this discount for the sake of $2 per day on the 19th April 2008 ... this is for you !
You were told to jam your boarding payment where the sun doesn't shine (I didn't want your money-some things are just not worth it). You were then asked to take your payment, collect your pets and leave the premises which eventually you understood and left.
It is due to cretinous attitudes such as yours that we adore animals so much, not people ! It is also because of cretins that I will no longer tolerate people and their bullshit (hence the reason you are now black listed from this facility)
Furthermore, it is because of people like yourself that we will NOW base discounts on a persons attitude. I know how much you struggle to understand simple things so I'll explain it like this :
A SHIT ATTITUDE = NO DISCOUNT ! Too easy isn't it ?
Congratulations for stuffing up a good thing for everyone else and for reinforcing the reason we put animals above people here at Sevenoaks.
